This page is maintained by Julia Wheeler to answer common security and privacy questions about our site. It describes the controls currently in place and how to contact us. It is not an independent certification or third-party audit.

What we collect
Our public site lets visitors browse reels, read about the studio, and contact us. We collect the information you choose to share:
- Contact enquiries — name, email and your message when you use the contact form.
- Booking requests — name, email, optional phone, requested date and time slot, and any notes you provide.
We do not ask visitors to create an account. Administrative access to the studio dashboard is limited to authorised studio staff.

How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry or booking request and to coordinate work that follows. We do not sell your personal information.
Reels uploaded by the studio are intentionally public so visitors can view our work. Enquiries and bookings are not public — only authorised studio staff can view them.

Platform & hosting
The site is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Application data, authentication and file storage are provided by Lovable's managed backend. Traffic to the site is served over HTTPS.
Access to studio data is enforced server-side using row-level security rules and role checks, so visitors cannot read or modify studio records through the API.
Describing these platform features is not a claim of certification (for example SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA or PCI). Julia Wheeler does not currently hold those certifications.

Cookies & analytics
The site uses the minimum cookies and local storage required for essential functionality, such as keeping studio staff signed in to the admin area. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Retention & your requests
We keep contact enquiries and booking requests for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable business record. If you would like us to access, correct or delete information you have submitted, contact us using the address below and we will action your request.

Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue affecting this site, please email hello@juliawheeler.com with details so we can investigate. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a chance to respond.
